Prior to becoming a real estate consultant, I was a real estate appraiser in the Boise Metro area or Idaho where I was able to serve almost 1,600 clients to determine the value of their homes.
I have owned investment properties and have worked with many investors over time.
I serve the communities of Boise, Meridian, and Eagle, Idaho. I have Realtor partners that serve other geographical locations, so if you find a house to buy or sell in an area not mentioned above, contact me and I'll have one of those partners call you to help you.
I also had nine years of experience as a lender in California, before moving to Idaho in 1991.
I have been married for over 42 years and my wife and I have two adult children and five grandchildren.
