Dr. Kinnari Sita
Kinnari Sita, DO, specializes in functional and holistic medicine at KOHERENCE in Houston, Texas. Her passion is to help others restore their health so they can live out their best life and true purpose. This stems from her own journey in overcoming health struggles which lead her into the study of brain health, functional, integrative, and holistic medicine. 
Upon the birth of her first child, Dr. Sita’s passion to further the awareness for preventive medicine and alternative medical modalities became primary in order to successfully treat the root cause of chronic fatigue, disease, and illness. Her own health struggles, along with many of her loved ones, were an invitation and catalyst for Dr. Sita to formalize her research and experience to create a more holistic and integrative lens to health and wellness for children and adults. 
Dr. Sita holds a Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine and is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and the Institute for Functional Medicine. She is further certified in the use of IASIS Microcurrent Neurofeedback (MCN), which she uses as a way to reverse the brain’s harmful persistent threat or stress response to toxins and traumatic, stressful life experiences. 
Her passion for neurophysiology, environmental research, and integrative modalities coupled with her personal experience is the inspiration for KOHERENCE – a practice grounded by the vision to be an innovative thought leader and provider of brain/body health and wellness.
A Texas native, Dr. Sita resides in Houston, Texas, with her two beautiful children. Today, she feels strong, healthy, and has sustained energy to allow her to help others, enjoy time with her family, and live her true purpose. A conscious parent advocate and inspired healthy lifestyle researcher, Dr. Sita is honored to play a role in the journey of her client families with the ultimate goal to help them LIVE their life rather than just survive through life.
