Amy Jackson, APRN-CNP

Amy is a neonatal nurse practitioner at Akron Children’s Hospital. She’s been practicing as a provider since 2021 and with Akron Children’s since 2014. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Malone University in Canton, Ohio and a master’s degree at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Amy has a special interest in neonatal care with an emphasis in health promotion, disease prevention, and the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic health problems. She is certified by the National Certification Corporation and holds certifications in neonatal resuscitation, pediatric advanced life support, basic life support and the S.T.A.B.L.E. (sugar, temperature, airway, blood pressure, lab work, and emotional support) program.
