We offer a large range or services including; Womens Fitness, Mums and Bubs, Weight Loss, Group Fitness, Pregnancy fitness, post partum fitness, Personal Trainers, 12 Week Fitness Challenges, Wellness and Fitness, Nutrition Plans, Corporate Training, Online Fitness Training and inspire women to get their body active, mind happy and improve health (from the inside out!). We are based in Nowra and have clients from Huskisson, Bomaderry, Nowra, Greenwell Point, Terara, Shoalhaven Heads, Worrigee, Berry, surrounding areas and Nationwide Online. During COVID crisis we have moved to offer virtual online classes, that have proved popular and will continue to build our online offering.
