QNS officers and agents are trained at top-notch security schools, accredited, and licensed with the Bureau of Security Investigative services (B.S.I.S) and Consumer Affairs in Sacramento, CA. Our officers and agents are routinely trained at our facilities and at security training schools approved by the Bureau. The professional background of our executive personnel includes JRIC certified and IED recognition officers. TLO (Terrorism Liaison Officers) have prior military and police background as well. Additional trainings include SWAT, K-9 and bomb dogs. Very importantly, all of our high-level personnel are capable of directly communicating with local PD and other pertinent agencies. ABOUT THE COMPANY
The company, formed in 2001, is a certified Woman Minority Business Enterprise (WMBE) that currently employs over 200 security agents which are carefully monitored and routinely trained by immediate supervisors and regional managers in addition to the executive management team. We specialize in the following industries: Commercial Properties, Banking & Financial, Property Management, Office Buildings, Distribution Warehouses, Shopping Malls, Schools, Theatres, Hotels, Construction Sites, Automotive, Retails Stores, Supermarkets and Entertainment.
In order to promote quality performance, multiple training programs are administered including Basic Security Training, Post Orders Site Orientation training, Foot Patrol, Laws of Arrest / Detention, Report Writing, First Aid & CPR and OSHA/ Hazard-Free Workplace. In addition, our ongoing training programs include Officer Safety, Employer Policies, Handling Difficult People, Crowd Control, Workplace Environment and training that is specific to our clients’ security needs.
Additional services available through our trusted network include CCTV, Alarm Systems, Commercial Locksmith Services, Access Control, Security Gates, Safe hardware & installations & Fire Alarms. These specialized services are available to our clients at preferred prices. Over the years Quest National Security has tested, negotiated, and contracted with reputable vendors to provide our clients with professional services at highly competitive prices. Further, all our clients have access to our Private Investigative Services which include Internal Theft, Missing Person, Video Surveillance, Bug Sweep, Background Check, Employment Verification, Insurance Fraud, Witness Location, Canine Services and Skip Trace. This specialized department is available to our clients as a stand-alone unit, but the firm frequently utilizes its professional tools to ensure that the screening and quality of our employees are at their best as well as to efficiently resolve any potential issues that may interfere with the security level our clients have learned to trust.
