Erica Gennaro

Erica Gennaro, MD is a member of Summit Health's Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine team. Dr. Gennaro specializes in primary care for patients from newborn to age 22, providing services including check-ups and sick visits.

Dr. Gennaro is a proponent of preventive care, which played largely into her decision to practice pediatric medicine. “I love that I can promote good health at an early age,” she says. In doing so she emphasizes mutual understanding during her visits with patients and their families, ensuring care plans are personalized and achievable. Being able to watch children grow and witnessing their resilience is what she enjoys most.

In her free time, Dr. Gennaro enjoys spending time with family and friends, painting, and being out in nature.
