James Alan Schmidt, MD

James Schmidt, MD, practices family medicine. Dr. Schmidt earned his medical degree from UCLA. He completed his residency at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro. Dr. Schmidt loves caring for people of all ages and backgrounds, especially older adults. Patients say that he is a good listener and puts them at ease with his gentle manner. In his spare time, Dr. Schmidt enjoys woodworking, metalworking and describes himself as a garage kind of guy. In addition to English, he speaks Spanish.
