Shyft at Mile High

SHYFT at Mile High is a nonprofit social enterprise. We provide mindfulness-based classes and programs to all, using a pay-what-you-can model for weekly classes and tiered pricing and scholarships for class series and workshops. To help fund our programs we rent our beautiful 5,000 square foot space for private events.

Accessibility is our nonprofit's goal. We provide access to practices that help people move through trauma, reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, and ultimately experience more joy in daily living. We’d like to “shift” how and who in our community have access to practices such as yoga, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), poetry groups, and more.
