Elroy John took a non-traditional path to becoming a lawyer.  He did not dream of working as an attorney growing up, but he always knew that he wanted to help people.  Elroy joined the Army shortly after graduating high school and served for seven years.  When his tour ended, he completed his undergraduate studies at Florida Atlantic University and became an advocate for children and families at a foster care and adoption agency.
