Nicole Lesa Shweiri, MD

Nicole Lesa Shweiri, MD, is board certified in family medicine. Dr. Shweiri earned her medical degree from Albany Medical College in New York. Dr. Shweiri completed her internship as well as her residency at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center in California. Sparked by her fascination with the wonders of the human body and the science of healing, Dr. Shweiri decided to pursue a career in medicine. Dr. Shweiri focuses on listening to others and using her knowledge to help patients get healthier. She strongly believes that patients and physicians work best as a team. Both sides have the answers that can lead to optimal treatment. When Dr. Shweiri is not caring for her patients, she enjoys spending time outdoors, going on hikes, or relaxing at the beach with her dog. As a native to Southern California, she loves the diversity she sees all around her and has spent more than 20 years in Long Beach.
