Evlyn Avanessian, MD

Evlyn Avanessian, MD, is board certified in family medicine with more than 10 years of experience. Dr. Avanessian earned her medical degree from Islamic Azad University, Tehran Medical Branch in Iran. She completed her family medicine residency at Kern Medical Center in Bakersfield. Dr. Avanessian believes in building strong patient-doctor relationships focused on health maintenance and disease prevention. She cares for patients of all ages, and treats a variety of medical conditions. In her spare time, Dr. Avanessian enjoys volunteering at local schools as well as spending time with family and friends. In addition to English, she speaks Armenian and Farsi.
