Our methods acknowledge that a human's physical and mental well-being are inextricable. Illness in the body is related to illness in the mind and vice versa. We look at you as a whole being, rather than just the sum of your parts.

Sana Counselling was founded with the goal of offering you the awareness, insight, understanding and ability to move forward in your life with fulfillment and clarity of mind and heart. We are inspired by people's resilience. Everyone has a story to tell. We want to offer you a space to be able to give voice to and heal what might be holding you back, or causing pain.
