Overlooking the Raritan River in downtown Clinton, Thomson’s goal is to provide gourmet dine-in, and prepared food to go, as well as retail specialties in a relaxed, friendly environment to Clinton, Hunterdon County. Partnering with local farms and fisheries, we will bring an unmatched level of quality and dedication to the area. Using eco-friendly, biodegradable, packaging and containers made in America, and sustainably raised fish, meat, and produce whenever possible, our aim is to create new exciting food, reinvigorate old classics, and put our own spin on some local favorites!
