Foliolens, Inc is a “PropTech” company that was founded in May 2021 by Daniel Godbout (CEO) and Vincent Samuel (CTO). Coming from the tech industry and being real estate investors themselves, they experienced numerous pain points firsthand and a lack of innovative solutions.
Now they’re disrupting the real estate investing and property management space with a new digital tools and capabilities platform that the real estate industry has desperately needed.
Foliolens provides a cloud-based mobile property management application for real estate investors to decrease their overhead and expand their portfolio by streamlining and automating the processes that make property management stressful and expensive.
