I am a licensed professional counselor in both Virginia and Florida. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Central Florida and graduated from Troy University with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Psychology. My Philosophy focuses on the Mind and Body Connection and understanding how it is a key factor in maintaining happiness alignment and well-being. Humans are powerful beings and we manifest our reality. Understanding how our thoughts are tied directly to our emotions is key to understanding yourself and what motivates us to act in certain ways.
