Jacqueline Burke, AKA The Tax Lady, is the owner of the company. She became an Enrolled Agent (a Federally Licensed Tax Practitioner) after passing a number of very difficult exams on every tax subject. She is also a Certified Tax Resolution Specialist (CTRS) and a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute (NTPI).

Prior experience includes H&R Block Tax Preparation for 12 years as a Master Tax Preparer and trainer. Currently she represents taxpayers before the IRS and State Departments of Revenue. Jacqui was trained by Ex-IRS Agents and learned the ropes from NC DOR Revenue Agents. She handles IRS and State Audits, Collection Cases and Appeals. Because she has Accounting, Tax Preparation and Tax Issue Representation expertise, she has the ability to help you find the best outcome for your unique situation. She enjoys being an Advocate for the Taxpayers and helping people.
