Kevin Brown was drawn to the Mortgage Finance industry because he wanted to help improve people’s lives for the better. Eight years later, he’s doing just that by helping people purchase their first home, dream home or refinancing their current mortgage to improve their financial standing.

While Kevin is well-versed in all of Colonial’s Home Loan offerings including FHA, VA, First-Time Homebuyer, Jumbo and more, Kevin specialized in working with borrowers who are self-employed, assisting borrowers who are eligible for Down Payment Assistance programs and grants and also working with customers with lower credit scores to help get them prepared to purchase a home.

Kevin is committed to his customers and is proud to say that he is available to take phone calls or text messages 24-7. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Business Management from Northwood University, where he was a member of the baseball team and later played two years of professional baseball after graduating.

When he is not assisting homebuyers he enjoys hunting and fishing in West Texas. Kevin also runs a select baseball organization The West Texas Hooks that is composed of six teams from ages eight to 18 in San Angelo, TX. He has two children, a 15-year-old daughter who is a Sophomore and a 13-year-old son who is in the 8th grade.
