We began our Estate Planning, Probate, Wills, Trusts, Medicaid Planning, Estate Litigation and Real Estate practice with one mantra: It is our duty to help people any way we can.

Our founding member and principal, Russel Morgan raised in Brooklyn, New York remained loyal to his origins as he graduated from the City University of New York Brooklyn College with a Bachelors degree in Political Science. He continued his legal journey and went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree from the New York Law School. After successfully passing the New York State Bar Exam, Russel Morgan continued his passionate pursuit of legal education and received his Certification in Maritime Law and International Contract Law from Lloyd's of London. Throughout his legal career, Russel has concentrated in commercial and contract litigation, trust and estate planning, business and personal asset protection, wealth preservation and dynasty succession planning. Russel has also assisted clients with all forms of commercial and personal transnational work, including the preparation, re-structuring and litigation of various types of contracts.
