No parent or teacher training, only limited guidance is needed to navigate the 185+ virtual lessons that enhance the teaching of all 5 competencies of social emotional learning. Fit To Be Me is our fitness program of 180+ specialized workout videos designed to be done in a 3' x 3' foot space. The Good Deed Challenge inspires good deeds through collaboration and friendly competition.
