Chef Adam Nash was a mere sixteen years-old when he discovered his passion for cooking. "I was heading down the wrong path," Adam states. It was at this point, his sister married a gentleman who was an executive chef. This man took Adam under his wing and showed him the ins and outs of a professionally run kitchen. From that day on, Adam had a dream: He followed that dream for fifteen years - serving such notable icons as Muhammed Ali, former President Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Paul McCartney and Wayne Gretzky.
