Alissa Ballard, DO

Alissa Ballard, DO, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician, providing primary care for patients of all ages. Dr. Ballard earned her medical degree from Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Lynchburg, VA. She then went on to complete her internship and residency at Inspira Health Network in Vineland, NJ. Patients can visit Dr. Ballard for general medicine services, including annual wellness exams, vaccinations, and osteopathic manipulative treatments. She offers pediatric care for the youngest members of the family, including preventative care and developmental milestones. She also offers well-woman exams and basic gynecology services, such as birth control counseling and insertion of IUDs and Nexplanon devices. Dr. Ballard is experienced in treating a variety of acute sicknesses, helping her patients resolve cough, cold and flu symptoms, fevers, rashes and many other ailments. Dr. Ballard also cares for chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, musculoskeletal problems, asthma, COPD, and much more. “I truly care for all of my patients and want to help them be the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves,” says Dr. Ballard. Originally from Ballwin, MO, she enjoys serving patients in and around her hometown. Outside of work, Dr. Ballard enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and children.
