I’m Lauren - a licensed massage therapist, certified occupational therapy assistant, and a manual lymphatic drainage therapist. I use an integrative approach to massage therapy that reads your body and tells me what pressures and massage tactics will provide the best results. While this may seem wild, my training and expertise helps trace your pain points back to the source of the problem. This means that the lower back pain you experience could originate from your neck and shoulder. By addressing the tension at the source, I can better alleviate the pain you are feeling. Modalities I use include deep tissue, neuromuscular, trigger point, sports and manual lymphatic drainage. For all the mothers to be, I also offer prenatal massage.
