“Maggie” Rose March, Broker-Associate with Fine Properties, and a member of both the Realtor® Association Sarasota and Manatee and the Venice Board of Realtors, is a fourth generation Real Estate Agent. Maggie currently lives in Sarasota, Florida where she relocated from Massachusetts. She is actively involved in Real Estate Community and often comments that –she lives the life of a Realtor®.

While in her twenties, Maggie owned both a Manufacturing and a Sales & Marketing company that catered to the Gift and Novelty industry. She had one of the first cottage industries that employed over 100 persons and shipped hand crafted goods nationally. She attributes her strong managerial and administrative skills to her experiences as young entrepreneur. Maggie Admitted, “It was those tough business negotiations that taught me how to get things done and remain friends with your competitors.”

She has a demonstrated history of working in the writing and editing industry, and she is a published author and columnist. Maggie is skilled in Microsoft Word, Public Speaking, and Art. Maggie is a strong administrative professional with a focus in Early Childhood Education, as well as Teaching & Psychology from Wheelock College. But above all else, she is a Realtor®.This unique background makes her an excellent Realtor® with a keen eye to providing an unprecedented level of service for her customers. She was awarded the Rising Star Award during her first 3 months in Real Estate, and just recently completed her certification from Home Inspection University as a Customer Protection Expert.
