If life is a journey, we all could use support to find the easier paths, or at least the tools to get back on the right path. If you are working through anxiety, depression, parenting, anger or general issues regarding day to day living and/or relationships, you have found a safe and supportive place to seek answers.

As an educator, licensed clinical social worker, certified clinical trauma professional and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Master Practitioner, I have assisted hundreds of children, adolescents, adults, families and couples in redesigning their lives and relationships. I prefer an eclectic approach within the therapy setting which is intended to empower you to think with intention, live by choice and unleash your own power.

Whether you participate in a private therapy session, couple or family counseling, parenting education training, seminars or by reading my books, my approach is compassionate and gentle, effectively helping others find solutions to life's challenges, while guiding them through the management of life issues.
