Lean Kitchen

Being raised in an Italian family my diet from an earlier age admittedly wasn’t the best, it was all about the white pasta, various cheeses and creamy sauces. I struggled with a balanced diet and getting the correct nutrition. I have been a chef for the last 15 years and that’s when it all changed, I learnt how to cook meals that weren’t only filling and tasty but healthy at the same time and that’s why after years of experience I created Lean Kitchen, I wanted to help those who struggled like I did hence our motto “Eat Clean, Stay Lean” and it couldn’t be truer.
