Pilates Local is a Pilates and Physiotherapy exercise studio in St Kilda specialising in pregnancy, postnatal recovery, injury rehabilitation, osteoporosis and addressing complaints such as back, neck, shoulder and hip pain. Our Pilates classes include Studio, Reformer and Virtual Mat classes. We also offer specialist rehabilitation programmes for those recovering from Breast Cancer related surgeries. Although we are based in St Kilda our clients come to us from across Melbourne’s South East including Balaclava, St Kilda East, St Kilda West, Elwood, Windsor, Prahran, Middle Park, Albert Park, South Melbourne, Port Melbourne, Armadale, South Yarra and further afield.
