I became a pediatric nurse practitioner because I wanted the opportunity to establish long-term relationships with my patients, providing them with high-quality medical care but also having the privilege to care for their developmental and chronic needs. I enjoy helping parents navigate the challenges of raising and caring for their children. I am also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and have a particular love for supporting new parents and breastfeeding mother/infant dyads. When I am not in the office, I love spending time with my husband and our sons. I also enjoy practicing yoga and cheering on the Tar Heels!
