During 12 years of hospital bedside nursing, I answered a lot of questions for patients and family regarding their medical conditions, which fed a growing passion to help people in the family practice environment. I very much enjoy working with people with their various medical issues. To help improve or to help maintain their lives is very rewarding. My philosophy of care is moderate is the key to success. Strive for balance between our busy daily lives, eating balanced meals, sleeping well, and exercising several times a week will go a very long way in maintaining a healthy body and life. My job is to educate you on these aspects to help you find balance so that you can hopefully have a long and joyful life with minimal impact from various medical conditions. When I am not working, I like to travel with my family. I also enjoy hiking, camping and relaxing on the beach.
