Laura "Ellese" Nickles, PT, DPT

I became a physical therapist because I love using movement as medicine. I shifted my focus from orthopedics to specializing in pelvic floor physical therapy because this is such an underserved area. My passion is working with perinatal populations and supporting birthing people in finding optimal quality of life as they navigate each transformational stage of pregnancy, birth and the postpartum experience. My goal is to work with patients to meet their individual goals and feel confident in their daily life.
