Gregory Scott Nichols, DO

I am a North Carolina native, born and raised in Raleigh. After attending medical school and completing an internship and residency in Pennsylvania, I moved back to North Carolina in 1999 with my wife and settled in Goldsboro. I believe if we take care of our bodies with proper nutrition, exercise and preventive medicine, then our bodies will take care of us. I like to have patients take an active role in their health and educate them on their medical condition. My approach to patient care is evidence-based, and I provide a full-range of surgical services. My areas of special interest include nutrition, specifically educating patients on diet and emphasizing a whole-food, plant-based approached; fitness and exercise. Outside of work, I enjoy triathlons, skiing, running, swimming, reading, cooking and traveling.
