I have over 15 years of experience doing therapy for all ages. Through compassion, listening and active skill-building, I help individuals, couples and families increase understanding of issues and make changes needed to function better and feel better. I create a safe, supportive environment by utilizing empathy, honesty and compassion. I practice a framework that is client-centered and solution-focused. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples and families identify the resources, strengths and resiliency they already have. I work with the client to help find solutions to achieve their true potential.
