I chose to become an outpatient therapist because I have a passion for helping people with managing mental health symptoms so they can meet their full potential and thrive in their daily lives. I believe in working collaboratively to help people best meet their needs. We can work together to help you obtain the tools you need to make progress and live your life to the fullest. Outside of work, I enjoy outdoor activities including going on walks, hiking and bike riding. I also enjoy traveling and learning about new people and places.
