I am a seasoned clinician with UNC Health who has found my home at UNC Wellness Centers fulfilling my passion for helping patients recover from their injuries and promoting health and wellness as they meet their goals. I utilize exercise therapy and manual techniques to bring someone back from an orthopeadic surgery or from a weekend warrior injury. My clinical decision-making is evidence-based as I thoroughly enjoy diving into journal articles and research studies in orthopaedic medicine. I have a strong background in return-to-sports rehabilitation and use criterion-based rehabilitation protocols to return athletes to their respective sports.
