Caroline Marchand Lewis, DO, FACOG

I chose to pursue becoming a doctor because I found medicine stimulating, exciting and personally rewarding. I chose obstetrics and gynecology because I loved delivering babies, developing relationships with patients, and being in a position to prevent, diagnose and treat so many conditions that women face throughout their lives. My philosophy of care is twofold. First, I believe knowledge is power, and helping patients feel educated about their health allows them to make informed decisions, achieve goals and improve outcomes. Second, my approach is to take care of patients the same way I would take care of my own family. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, watching movies, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
