My goal on the first visit is to build a strong relationship with my patient and his or her family. In addition to a thoughtful review of their case, patients can expect an understandable explanation of their condition, discussion of all the treatment options and my opinion as to which option(s) might be best. At UNC, we work in teams to bring you the best care, and I will help you to assemble this team. I pride myself on making the issues of neurosurgery easy to understand for my patients.
