Rita Lahlou, MD, MPH

I became a family doctor because I love working with patients and families of all ages and backgrounds as they navigate illness and health over time. Being an excellent doctor means being a compassionate listener, trusting patients to know their own bodies, sharing the best medical evidence and empowering patients to make healthy choices. I believe it is an absolute privilege to work together with my patients to identify health problems, make decisions about prevention and treatment options, and celebrate achievement of health goals. When Im not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, cycling, practicing yoga, cooking, and helping out on my familys farm.
