Jolene Jean-Gracia, DO

My decision to become a doctor stems from my love for science and fascination with how the human body works. I always had a deep desire to help people and being a doctor allows me to serve my patients and fulfill that calling. I chose Family Medicine because it allows me an opportunity to provide comprehensive care to individuals and families. I enjoy Family Medicine because I like the continuity of care that I can provide to patients and enjoy the interactions with patients and their families. I enjoy treating a variety of disease throughout one's lifespan. My areas of special interest include women's health, preventive medicine and geriatrics. My philosophy of patient care is to treat everyone under my care with empathy, compassion and respect while providing utmost quality care with emphasis on preventive care. I like to empower my patients to take an active role in their overall health through my guidance and education. I thrive to build trusting, long term relationships with my patients. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking with my husband, reading, cooking and spending time with my adult children.
