Alexa Mieses Malchuk, MD, MPH

I was inspired to become a physician after witnessing my family members and community members struggle with chronic diseases such as diabetes. With a background in public health and having grown up in a diverse community, I am passionate about considering all aspects of a person's life in order to provide them with the best care possible. I believe in equipping patients with tools necessary to feel empowered to take charge of their health. As a family medicine physician, I enjoy caring for patients of all ages and backgrounds. My areas of interest include chronic disease management, Latino health, women's health, procedural medicine and adolescent health.
