I was drawn to the field of physical therapy after undergoing physical therapy-guided treatment for my own shoulder and knee injuries. I enjoy partnering with clients and empowering them to take an active role in their recovery. I believe in educating clients and creating treatment plans personalized to each individual situation. Aside from physical therapy, I enjoy writing, reading, gaming and spending time with my wife and dog. My personal sports background includes participating in Jiu-jitsu, submission wrestling, Judo tournaments, as well as more casual distance running and obstacle course races.
