As a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), I believe that the patient should be treated as a whole person. We are made up of body, mind and spirit. If one of those aspects is not working properly, it can affect other aspects of our well-being. I also believe that it is important to find out the cause of a problem and treat the underlying condition, as opposed to only treating the presenting symptom. I often use alternative or complementary services in addition to traditional treatments like medication. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking and running. I am active in my church and enjoy serving on the worship team and children's ministry.
