I chose to become a doctor because my father was (and still is) a well-known physician in Buenos Aires, and I always saw his professional experience as extremely positive and rewarding. I believe it is a great privilege to be able to help people and make a difference to somebodys life. My approach to patient care is simply the reflection of my personality. The word care is the key word in my philosophy when treating patients. I want my patients to feel that I am not in a rush, that I listen to them, and that I really care about their needs and problems. I have always been particularly interested in the diagnosis and treatment of asthma and allergy in pediatric populations. Outside of work, I enjoy spending as much of my free time with my wife and my four boys. Beyond that, I like watching and playing soccer; I enjoy exercising early in the morning before everyone wakes up, and I love traveling and exploring new places.
