Shana Ratner, MD

I love being a General Internist as it gives me the ability to build deep connections with patients and families over time and improve their health over the long-term. Working with patients and figuring out how to meet their needs has prompted my work in quality improvement where I work with multidisciplinary teams to improve systems of care delivery. It is my privilege to teach students and residents how to be the physicians of the future. Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with my family, running and reading.
