Loy Campbell, OT

I am a native of Blacksburg, Virginia. In my years as an occupational therapist, I have gained experience in hospital settings of both acute care and inpatient rehabilitation, as well as home health and hospice care. Additionally, I travel the country with Positive Approach to Care, a company founded by dementia care expert Teepa Snow, providing dementia care training to care partners and professionals who work with people living with dementia at all stages of the disease process. Prior to becoming an occupational therapist, I spent nearly three years working at an assisted living community on their dementia care floor engaging residents in one-on-one and small-group purposeful, meaningful daily activities and problem-solving challenging situations.
