The inspiration for Charbar’s sushi menu comes from managing partner and executive chef, Tim Nelson’s worldwide travels, as well as his love of music. The sushi rolls have been cleverly named after artists, records, and songs that have inspired him throughout his culinary career. The new sushi bar menu includes more traditional California Roll and Spicy Tuna Roll, while including more creative options as well. New flavors are original as the “Strawberry Fields” roll, composed of Escolar, Strawberry, Jalapeno, Toasted Almonds, and Eel Sauce, the “Coco Cabana” roll made with Coconut Tempura Shrimp, Cucumber, Ahi Tuna, Avocado, and Spicy Mayo.
