At InnerFit we provide a weights and cardio area, indoor and outdoor group training, corporate training and personal training. Offering a variety of classes from a mixture of strength based to cardio and body weight classes all helping you get lean, build strength, tone muscles and improve cardiovascular. A large offering of classes provide something for everyone whether it’s boxfit, indoor cycl, HIIT, Yoga, Strength,Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates or Aerial Yoga. Coreblast focusing on your core by challenging your strength, balance and stability, to help you sculpture those abs whereas our Butts&Guts class will help you strengthen and sculpt your backside&abs. Our MnM class is designed to improve function through stretching, foam rolling and muscle activation. Based in Leichhardt our clients come from all over Sydneys inner west from Annandale, Stanmore, Marrickville, Newtown, Petersham, Harberfield, Summer Hill, Dulwich Hill, Lewisham and Camperdown.
