Susan Martinez

Susan Martinez, PA is a member of Summit Health’s Orthopedics and Sports Medicine team. Mrs. Martinez is experienced in working with patients of all ages as well as a range of conditions, from sports injuries to age-related degenerative diseases. She has a special interest in knee and upper extremity surgeries, both in practice and clinical study.

Mrs. Martinez leads with care, honesty, and respect in her patient interactions, and she makes sure patients feel informed and comfortable throughout their treatment. Her care for others is what attracted her to the field. “I have always had a love for helping people and improving the quality of a person’s life, mentally and physically,” she said.

Outside the office Mrs. Martinez serves on her local board of education and is active with her children’s PTAs. She enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on her children in their sports activities and love for science and music. Together they also love traveling, seeing movies, and playing with their Siberian Husky and Labrador Retriever.
