With over 20 years of coaching Shevi Baruch opened Body Rhythm in 2010. Shevi Sought to create a private, safe movement experience for busy people who are seeking to prioritize their health and happiness moving with strength and agility as they get older. Moving functionally, feeling young and powerful, restoring range of movement and reliving pain. Integrating years of studies of the body including Brain science, Reiki and kinesiology, Shevi and her team are guiding their members to successfully achieving their goals.
