I love helping people along their journey to health and wellness. Having borne witness to many light-bulb moments in my own career among my patients of various backgrounds who then realize their potential and execute their goals is what keeps me coming back for more. I encourage patients to focus on internal rewards rather than external rewards because they tend to be immediate and more likely to stick. I take a lifestyle approach to the care I provide and respect everyon's cirumustance with an appreciation for one's culture.
