Asheboro Dermatology & Skin Surgery Center was founded in 1997 by Dr. Todd Williams. The practice, which emphasized both general and surgical dermatology (including Mohs Surgery) became busy quickly. Skin cancer is diagnosed and treated with every reasonable modality (Excision, EDC and Mohs Surgery). Common skin problems such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea and warts are frequently managed, but rare skin diseases are also encountered and treated. We are experts in systemic therapies such as Biologic agents, used for Psoriasis and Atopic Dermatitis, and Accutane (Isotretinoin), which is used for acne.
