Plateworks by Chef J

A native of New Castle, PA, Chef Jarrett Session found his calling to cuisine while as a Sailor in the United States Navy. He enrolled in the renowned "International Culinary Academy" in Pittsburgh, PA and embraced his new career with passion. Upon graduation, he worked in several upscale restaurants in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Florida but when the "Peach State" called his name the young culinary moved to the Atlanta GA where he secured a position at the world-famous Pano's and Paul's in Buckhead.



After years with Pano and Paul's Chef J moved to serve as Executive Sous Chef with the Ashford and Georgian Club and quickly became an indispensable asset to the restaurant, bringing his exquisite palate and creativity to everything he touched.
